As an artist, I strive to provide each customer with the best possible experience. The following polices will be held to ensure your satisfaction:

Damaged Items- In the unlikely event an item is damaged within a reasonable amount of time, contact me and I will endeavor to repair it.

Returns- If an item is shipped and is not as expected, returns within 10 days will be accepted. The customer will be responsible for shipping.

Availability- Each item’s availability is ensured as of the morning of the viewing day. However, due to my presence at various events, it is possible an item will be sold without simultaneous updating on the website. In this case, the priority goes to the in-person sale. Any purchases made of unavailable items or of more than the available quantity will be refunded promptly.

Custom Work- Customers may request similar pieces to those that have already been sold and / or make a specific request, and I will do my best to accommodate it.



Shipping cost- If shipping outside of the USA, there will be an extra shipping fee added to the standard shipping.  I will calculate it and send a seperate receipt via PayPal before shipping the item. I will NOT over charge; but since all of my items are different, they have varying weights and will be calculated accordingly.  Thank you for understanding this policy.
